Learn how to manage user invitations to participants and non-participants.
Step 1: Navigate to Manage on the Blue Navigation Bar & then the Invitations tab
Step 3: Hover Over an Invitation Row & Click the Three Vertical Dots at the End of the Row
Step 4: Make your selection to Revoke or Copy the Invitation
Revoke Invitation - The invitation will be deleted, meaning the invitation link you sent to the user will no longer work. You will need to re-invite them if you want them to create an account. this is helpful if you originally invited them using the wrong email.
Copy Invitation Link - The original invitation link will be copied so you can text or mail it to the user again. This is useful if the user cannot locate the original invitation email you sent.
Note: Once a user creates an account using an invitation, they will disappear from the MANAGE - Invitations tab. Once that happens, you will need to use the MANAGE-Users tab to deactivate or delete their account. Please see Tutorial - Changing User Status before doing so.
