  • Application status, acceptance, or next steps
  • Program participation, requirements, or getting started
  • Transcripts, hours, or training records
  • Incorrect or missing account details
  • Apprentice visibility or assignment issues

The ApprentiScope team does not manage program, participant, or profile details directly, as these are managed by each organization within the platform.
