Please review the guidance below to help ensure your request is routed correctly and resolved as efficiently as possible.
Before You Submit a Support Ticket
Employers and organizations manage their own apprenticeship programs and user accounts within the ApprentiScope platform. These processes are not handled directly by the ApprentiScope team.If you are an applicant, apprentice, mentor, or supervisor, please contact your employer or program manager first for help with:
- Account setup or login access
- Application or enrollment status
- OJT, RTI or other submissions
- Program progress, transcripts, or requirements
- Agreement updates, e-signature documents, or program changes
- Mentor or supervisor reassignment or oversight changes
- Role, permission, or profile information updates

Try These Quick Fixes
If you’re experiencing technical difficulties with the platform, please try the following:
- Hard refresh your browser page
Mac: CMD + Shift + R
PC: Ctrl + F5 - Log out and log back into ApprentiScope
Submit a Ticket
If the issue persists, please click here to complete the Support Ticket form.
In the Issue & Details field, include:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Any error messages (screenshots are helpful)
- The device and browser you are using
What Happens Next
Once your ticket is submitted:
- You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket ID
- A Support Representative will triage your issue and follow up
- To add more information, reply to the confirmation email and include your ticket ID
