- Application status, acceptance, or next steps
- Program participation, requirements, or getting started
- Transcripts, hours, or training records
- Incorrect or missing account details
- Apprentice visibility or assignment issues

The ApprentiScope team does not manage program, participant, or profile details directly, as these are managed by each organization within the platform.
