ApprentiScope password reset links will expire an hour after delivery for security reasons.
Whether you're trying to access your account for the first time or need to remember your password, you may find yourself with an expired link if you've taken too long to finish the recovery process.
If you find yourself in this situation, it's a simple and quick fix!
Step 1: Go through the Account Recovery process
If your link has expired, you can simply go through the account recovery process again.
- Navigate to the Forgot Password page
- Enter your email address
- Open the email and follow the link (note that the email can take up to five minutes to arrive and sometimes gets filtered to Spam folders)
- Enter a new password
