Learn about ApprentiScope's Supportive Services.


All ApprentiScope users have access to our Customer Success team at no additional cost. Get help with account setup, schedule virtual training sessions, and more via Support Center.


1. Support Hours

Monday through Friday, 8 am - 6 pm.


2. Contact us via Email

If you ever have a question about your ApprentiScope account, you can always email our Customer Success team using this link. We attempt to respond to email and in-app support questions within one business day; in practice, our responses are generally even faster. We do not promise or guarantee any specific response time.

4. Access Support Center

All ApprentiScope users have unlimited access to our knowledge base (which we call Support Center) to view Tutorials, How-Tos, Frequently Asked Questions, and much more. Support Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We regularly update Support Center content based on customer feedback and as we release new features.


5. Limitations

We may limit or deny your access to support if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that you are acting, or have acted, in a way that results or has resulted in misuse of support or abuse of ApprentiScope representatives.  Issues resulting from your use of APIs or your custom integrations may be outside the scope of support. We will only provide support for integrations that are listed in-app as being supported by ApprentiScope.
