Support Service Policy

Learn about ApprentiScope's Supportive Services.

 

All ApprentiScope users have access to Live Chat support, Email support, and Support Center at no additional cost. 

 

1. Support Hours

 

Monday-Friday, 11am - 7pm Eastern time.

 

2. Live Chat Support

All ApprentiScope users have access to our Live Chat system for quick answers to their questions. We attempt to respond to Live Chat requests within 5 minutes during Support Hours. We do not promise or guarantee any specific response time.  We may limit or deny your access to support if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that you are acting, or have acted, in a way that results or has resulted in misuse of support or abuse of ApprentiScope representatives.  

 

3. Email Support

All ApprentiScope users have access to our Email Support system for answers to more involved questions. We attempt to respond to email and in-app support questions within one business day; in practice, our responses are generally even faster. We do not promise or guarantee any specific response time.  We may limit or deny your access to support if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that you are acting, or have acted, in a way that results or has resulted in misuse of support or abuse of ApprentiScope representatives.  

 

4. Support Center

All ApprentiScope users have access to our Support Center to view Tutorials, How Tos, Frequently Asked Questions, and much more. Support Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We regularly update Support Center content based on customer feedback and as we release new features.

 

5. Support Limitations

Issues resulting from your use of APIs or your custom integrations may be outside the scope of support. We will only provide support for integrations that are listed in-app as being supported by ApprentiScope.
