Introduce Users to ApprentiScope Prior to Giving Them Platform Access (Email Templates)

Use our email templates to prepare participants and partners for receiving their ApprentiScope invitations.

Once you decide to invite program participants or partners to ApprentiScope, you may want to consider sending an email to prepare them for the ApprentiScope invitation. Feel free to customize the templates to fit your specific needs.  


Be sure to select the correct template based on whether you are: 

1) inviting new participants as authenticated, or 

2) inviting participants who already have managed accounts by converting them to authenticated, or

3) inviting new partners or converting managed partners to authenticated 

1. Participants Invited as Authenticated


Dear [insert Apprentice name],


We want to notify you about ApprentiScope, a software platform we've begun using to manage our apprenticeship program.


As an Apprentice in the system, you'll be able to use the platform to view your program progress, edit your personal data, log hours, and much more!


In the next [add when], you'll receive an email from notifications@apprentiscope.com inviting you to create your account by providing general demographic information and setting your account password (see screenshots below of the full experience). Going through that process will grant you access to your ApprentiScope account. [If you do not receive the email in your primary Inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder.]


Once you’ve created your account, you are welcome to peruse ApprentiScope's Support Center and download the app to your iOS/Android device if you like. You'll hear from us soon about how we plan to incorporate the software for your particular program.

2. Participants Converted from Managed to Authenticated


Dear [insert Apprentice name],


We want to notify you about ApprentiScope, a software platform we've begun using to manage our apprenticeship program.

Once you reset the password and login, you are welcome to peruse ApprentiScope's Support Center and download the app to your iOS/Android device if you like. You'll hear from us soon about how we plan to incorporate the software for your particular program.

3. Partners Invited as Authenticated or Converted from Managed to Authenticated (both receive the same email from ApprentiScope)

Note: Be sure to select the language below that fits the partner user type you are inviting or converting (sponsor, administrator, supervisor, mentor, related instruction provider.

We want to notify you about ApprentiScope, a software platform we've begun using to manage our apprenticeship program.

As an Administrator in the system, you'll be able to approve OJT/RTI hours, view apprentice progress, manage mentors and supervisors within your company, complete evaluations, and much more!

As a Supervisor in the system, you'll be able to approve OJT/RTI hours, view apprentice progress, complete evaluations, and much more for your assigned apprentices!

As a Mentor in the system, you'll be able to approve OJT/RTI hours, view apprentice progress, complete evaluations, and much more for apprentices in your assigned programs!

As an Instructor/Educational Provider in the platform, you'll be able to approve RTI hours, submit apprentice grades, view apprentice process, complete evaluations, and much more!
