How to reset your password
Learn how to reset your password when you are not able to get into your account.
User Types: Regulators, Sponsors, Employer Administrators, Supervisors, Mentors, Providers, Apprentices & Applicants
Step 1: Go to ApprentiScope's login page
Step 2: Click Forgot Password

Step 3: Enter your email associated with your ApprentiScope account

Step 4: Wait a few seconds for an email from ApprentiScope. Click the link in the body of the email and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Step 5: Go back to our login page and log in with your new password.
I Did Not Receive My Password Reset Email
Please try the following:

Check your spam or junk folder.

Make sure you are using the correct email address associated with your account. If you are unsure which email address was used, contact your employer, sponsor organization, or program administrator for verification.

Use the most recent password reset email, as older reset links may expire or no longer be valid.

Try using a different browser, device, or network, as some environments may restrict access to certain services.

Request a manual password reset from your employer, sponsor organization, or program administrator.
