How to reset your password
Learn how to reset your password when you are not able to get into your account.
User Types: Regulators, Sponsors, Employer Administrators, Supervisors, Mentors, Providers, Apprentices & Applicants
Step 1: Go to ApprentiScope's login page
Step 2: Click Forgot Password

Step 3: Enter your email associated with your ApprentiScope account

Step 4: Wait a few seconds for an email from ApprentiScope. Click the link in the body of the email and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Step 5: Go back to our login page and log in with your new password.
Troubleshooting: Not Receiving the Password Reset Email
If you’re not seeing the password reset email, try the following:
- Allow a few minutes for delivery
Password reset emails can take up to 5 minutes to arrive. If you don’t see it right away, wait a few minutes and check again. - Check your spam or junk folder
The email may be filtered by your email provider. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder and mark the message as safe if found. - Check with your IT team if needed (managed network)
If you’ve checked your spam folder and still have not received the email, your organization’s network or email security settings may be blocking it.
Your IT team can review this and, if needed, allowlist ApprentiScope emails. After any updates are made, return to the login page and submit a new password reset request.
