How to Find & Manage Inactive - Cancelled, Suspended, or Completed - Participants

Learn how to find inactive participants. This include those whose status has been changed to completed, suspended,or cancelled.

User Types: Regulators, Sponsors, Employer Administrators

  • Note: Deactivated accounts can be managed and their status can be changed back to Active.  

Step 1: Navigate to Participants and the type you are interested in - apprentices, pre-apprentices, youth apprentices, or learners. 

Step 2: Click the Filters button OR Active button depending on your dashboard view.

 

Step 3: Filter by Status, selecting the inactive group you need, and click Submit or click Active and select the group you need.

  • Once submitted, a list of the appropriate inactive participants will appear in a list form.  You can then manage them just as you would an active participant.
