Learn how to delete occupations from your ApprentiScope account.
Step 1: Find the Occupation ID for the occupation you'd like to delete
Please visit the Occupation details page for the occupation you'd like to delete. You can do this by clicking on the occupation from your occupations overview page. Once you're on the Occupation Details page, the Occupation ID will be visible in the URL bar as shown below. Copy this string of numbers & letters, then move on to the next step.
Step 2: Submit a Support Ticket
Visit this page to submit a Support Ticket. Fill in the form as shown below and make sure to include the Occupation ID from the previous step in the Description field. Once you've submitted the request, you should receive a confirmation that we received the request and one of our Support Team members will remove the occupation from your account. Following the successful deletion of your occupation, you will receive a confirmation email.
