Configure your account creation workflows by requiring new users to review your organization’s Privacy Disclosure before creating their ApprentiScope accounts.
Step 1: Log in to your ApprentiScope account and navigate to your “Settings & Permissions” page.
Step 2: Select either the “Applicant” or “Apprentice” tab and scroll down until you see the “Privacy Disclosure” item. Click or tap the switch on the far right side of the item to turn on this feature, then paste the URL to your Disclosure document in the text field and click the blue “Save” button that will appear next to the blue switch.
Step 3: Once saved, your existing Invite Links (and all future Invite Links & Invitations) will be updated to include these settings and an additional checkbox will appear in your onboarding/signup workflows requiring each new user to review & agree to your Privacy Disclosure, as shown below.
