      ApprentiScope Recruitment Overview

      Learn more about the recruitment process from start to finish in the ApprentiScope platform.


      An Invite Link is Created in ApprentiScope

      • It can be embedded on an apprenticeship website via a link or HTML code
      • Or sent via email to recruits as a QR code or link

       

      An Applicant Applies 

      • An applicant applies for a program using the ApprentiScope-generated online application

      • Their applicant account is created automatically 





      Completes Prerequisites 

      • The applicants complete the prerequisites found on their ApprentiScope Dashboard and Checklist page

      Note: The applicant checklist is created in the occupation's prerequisite section by the Sponsor or Admin.

      • The Admin, Sponsor, or Regulator is notified when applicants upload documents




      The Applicant is Vetted

      • Sponsors can submit the applicant to their Employers for review

      • They can also open their pool of applicants for all Employers to see automatically (under Settings & Permissions)


      The Applicant is Selected

      • If an Employer selects an applicant, the Sponsor will receive a notification

      • The Sponsor can then formally accept the apprentice inside ApprentiScope


      The Applicant Becomes an Apprentice

      • The applicant is formally accepted & the next time they log into ApprentiScope, they will be inside their apprentice account
