How to Create a Custom Evaluation as a Sponsor

Learn how to create a custom evaluation within ApprentiScope.

Note: By default performance evaluations are tied to Occupations and their applicable Competencies. This feature enables you to add custom evaluations for additional purposes.

Step 1: Navigate to the Evaluations tab

Note: If the Evaluations tab isn't displayed within your Sponsor view, you'll need to enable it within Settings & Permissions

Step 2: Click "Create Evaluation"

Step 3: Fill in General Information Section

Note: Pay special attention to the Frequency and Access boxes, considering how often the evaluation will be used and which users you want to have access.

Step 4: Customize the Evaluation Questions

Pro Tip: Multiple-Choice questions will include a comment box after the answer choices by default. 

Step 5: Scroll Back Up and Click Save
