The employer or program you applied to manages the application process, account access, and application information within ApprentiScope.


Apprentices, Supervisors, Mentors, and Instructors: Contact Your Employer, Sponsor Organization, or Program Administrator First If You Need Help With

  • Account access or login credentials
  • Transcript, OJT and RTI reporting
  • Participant submission questions and requests
  • Updating participant or profile information
  • Apprentice or participant assignment and visibility questions
  • Questions about program requirements, processes, or expectations

Your employer, sponsor organization, or program administrator manages participant accounts, access, and program-related activities within ApprentiScope.

Before submitting a ticket, try the following:
