Learn how to set the email, in-app, and text message notifications you can receive from ApprentiScope.
Step 1: Navigate to the Account Menu in the Toolbar
The Account Menu is reached by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the platform.
Step 2: Click "My Profile"
Step 3: Click SETTINGS
Settings will provide you with a list of the possible notifications you can receive from ApprentiScope. The options will vary based on your user type but how you set them is the same for all.
Changing the Settings only changes the settings for YOU.
All notifications are sent: 1) to the email you use to log into your ApprentiScope account, and 2) to the Red alarm icon in the top corner of the platform next to your name.
All notification emails come from notifications@apprentiscope.com
Blue means a notification is toggled on and you will receive it. White is OFF. We recommend that you always leave TASKS & REMINDERS toggled ON as these are primary ways that program personnel might contact you using the platform.
If you toggle on "Text Messages" any notifications you toggle on will come to you via email, the red alarm icon, AND as a text message to the phone number you have listed in ApprentiScope.
You can change your Notification Settings at any time.
