Introduction
At a baseline, our customers pay for access to an allotment of users annually. On top of their baseline contract, they can purchase specialty services, outlined here, to customize their experience.
Contract
A customer’s contract begins on the day they sign their contract. Our standard contract length is 12 months, although we also offer multi-year agreements.
Cancellation
Customers on annual billing cycles may terminate their contract within 30 days of their contract start date or renewal date by giving written notice here.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified, customers are required to pay invoices on Net 30 terms.
Mid-Cycle Adjustments
If a customer exceeds their allocation of users before their renewal period, we will credit their account with their existing contract value and issue a pro-rated invoice for the remainder of their contract at the upgraded rate.
